Hush, before you derail this train of thoughts.

That behind this smile that's a bling
The elusive laughter, that into your ears sings
Could be a scared scarred girl, the world brings?

That behind this veil of courage I engine
Could be a broken girl in the inside
The cloudy skies hiding her sunshine
A contrast to her outside

I wonder, could it have occured to you
That beyond the pessimistic cynicism flashed
It's innocence once trashed
A hope once held but now crashed

Probably sweep me in a brush
